1983 graduated with a bachelor's degree in industrial thermal energy engineering from the Power Department of Nanjing Institute of Technology in July.

1989 graduated from department of mechanical engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, with a master's degree in September;

1997 Graduated from School of Power Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, majoring in thermal energy engineering, Ph.D..

1From July 1983 to June 2006, 5438+0 taught in China University of Mining and Technology, and served as secretary of the Party branch of the Department of Mining Machinery, deputy director of the teaching and research section of thermal energy engineering, and secretary of the Party branch of the Department of Power.

From June, 2000 to June, 2000, I have worked in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. I have served as the director of the Institute of Refrigeration of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, the deputy secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Power Engineering (presiding), the director of personnel department and the minister of organization department. In the meantime, from September 2009 to February 5438, I studied in the 38th training class for young cadres of the Party School of Shanghai Municipal Committee.
