Do I have to pass CET-4 to graduate?
Not necessarily. College graduates are not required to pass CET-4, but some colleges and universities require CET-4 to obtain a degree certificate. The specific requirements still depend on the school policy. Most schools will set a score line of Grade 4, which will be lower than the score line stipulated by the Ministry of Education. As long as they pass, they can get a degree certificate.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, there is no passing line for CET-4 and CET-6, and you can apply for CET-6 if you score more than 425, so it is generally considered that the passing line for CET-4 and CET-6 is 425. The total score of Band 4 and Band 6 is 7 10.

Qualified score

Undergraduate students, junior college students and graduate students in full-time universities are eligible to apply for CET-6 as long as they have completed CET-4 and taken CET-4 with a score of 425 or above.

1. You can apply for CET-6 only after you have completed CET-6 and taken CET-4 with a score of 425 or above.

Candidates are all registered for the exam at school.

3. Students who apply for Japanese CET-4, German CET-4, Russian CET-4, and French CET-4 are qualified according to the above provisions, but they do not need CET-4 and CET-6 scores to apply for small languages.

All relevant test sites should conscientiously implement the above requirements, review the qualifications of candidates in strict accordance with the registration conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to accept social registration. Non-school students are not allowed to register.
