5. Household registration book: provide the original of my household registration book;
6. Physical examination report: a copy of the physical examination form provided by the designated physical examination doctor;
7. High school related certification materials: high school diploma and public certificate stamped with high school achievement seal. I am in high school, and I need to provide proof of attendance and proof of achievement. The proof of attending high school needs to be printed on the professional stationery of the school. The information includes: the applicant's name, class, school address, contact information and official seal of the school;

University-related certification materials: If you graduate from a university to study in Canada, you need public documents and course transcripts from universities and colleges; If you have not graduated, you should indicate the expected graduation date and the degree and diploma you will get after graduation;
9. Notarization of documents: all relevant documents such as graduation certificates and qualification certificates are handed over to international students;
10, no criminal certificate: Canadian student visa applicants who have lived in other countries or regions outside China for more than six months after reaching the age of 18 need to produce a criminal certificate provided by the local police;

Article 18 If a foreigner applies for a residence certificate or its extension, renewal or replacement meets the acceptance conditions, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue an acceptance receipt with the validity period not exceeding 15 days, and make a decision on whether to issue it within the validity period of the acceptance receipt.
If the procedures or materials for foreigners to apply for residence certificates or apply for extension, renewal or replacement of residence certificates are not in conformity with the provisions, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall inform the applicant of the procedures to be performed and the application materials to be supplemented at one time.
The passport or other international travel documents held by the applicant can legally reside in China with the receipt of acceptance during the period of being detained for handling the documents.
