Hu Bugui's life record.
1930 graduated from the literature and history department of Chinese college in Wusong, Shanghai. After graduation, he worked as a history teacher in Anhui No.4 Middle School. Before and after 1942, he was the editor of Anhui Southern Newspaper and Anhui Tongzhi Museum, and participated in the writing of local chronicles of Anhui Province and related historical evolution materials of Anhui Province. At the invitation of Zhejiang Historical Materials Collection Committee, he was appointed as the director of the collection Committee, responsible for the collection of historical materials in Zhejiang Province, and concurrently served as the director of the literature and history department of Zhejiang West Lake Museum and the professor of Chinese Department of Zhejiang University Longquan Branch. After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, Hu Bugui was invited by Taiwan Province Provincial Taipei Normal University and Taiwan Province Provincial University to give lectures in these two universities and served as a professor of Chinese. Later, at the invitation of Ying's University in Jinhua, he returned to Jinhua and became a professor in the Chinese Department of Ying's University. After the liberation of Jinhua, Yingshi University was dissolved. Hu Bugui once worked as a history teacher in Jinhua Agricultural School and compiled relevant history textbooks.
