Chapter III Organizational Structure
The Admissions Office of Henan Vocational College of Nursing is a permanent organization that organizes and implements the enrollment work, and is responsible for the daily enrollment work of the college. Under the leadership of the University Admissions Committee, the Admissions Office is responsible for formulating university enrollment policies and discussing and deciding on major issues related to university enrollment. First, in accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment provinces, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and based on the results of the college entrance examination, comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates.
Second, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education that "the school is responsible for supervising enrollment", under the unified organization of the Henan Provincial Admissions Office, computer remote online admission is implemented. The admission results are published through the Henan Provincial Admissions Examination Information Network, and can also be queried on the School Admissions Information Network (/).
Three, the implementation of parallel filing, according to the admission rules of "score first, follow the volunteer" in parallel volunteer, the candidates who fill in our volunteers and file in our hospital will be admitted on the basis of merit. Candidates with the same scores will be admitted in the first, second, third, fourth and fifth voluntary order of our college. If the volunteers are the same, the candidates of literature and history will be admitted according to the scores of Chinese, English, mathematics and science and engineering. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if they are transferred by major, the candidates will be transferred to the major whose enrollment plan is not completed; If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed. According to the actual candidates' application, make appropriate adjustments to the plans in the master plan. In principle, all majors are admitted according to the candidate's first choice.
Four, for the implementation of non-parallel volunteer Toudang, colleges and universities voluntarily take priority to enroll candidates who are the first choice to report to our hospital. When the number of online first volunteers is insufficient, the candidates who apply for the second volunteer will be admitted, and so on. If the volunteers are the same, the candidates of literature and history will be admitted according to the scores of Chinese, English and mathematics, and the candidates of science and engineering will be admitted according to the scores of mathematics, English and Chinese. When all the candidates' professional volunteers can't be satisfied, the candidates who have been adjusted by the major will be randomly admitted to the majors with insufficient plans in the order of high and low scores. If all the majors are full, they will be dismissed; If the candidate's reported major is full and does not obey the professional adjustment, he will be dismissed.

Chapter VII Registration
1. According to the national enrollment regulations, freshmen shall go through the admission formalities at the school according to the relevant requirements and the time limit stipulated by the college with the admission notice. Those who can't come to school on time for some reason should ask for leave from the college (the holiday usually doesn't exceed one month) and report it to the Political and Educational Affairs Office for the record. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Second, the college conducts a preliminary examination of the freshmen's admission qualifications at the time of registration, and goes through the admission procedures after passing the examination and is registered as a student; After examination, it is found that the admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials of freshmen are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled.

1. The tuition standard of the College in 2020 is tentatively set at 4,800 yuan/year for general majors, 65,438 yuan+5,000 yuan/year for Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors, accommodation fee in 600 yuan, and textbook fee in 700 yuan (more refunds and less supplements). If the charging standard is adjusted, it shall be implemented according to the standard finally approved by the provincial charging department.
2. Incentive measures: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, our college has established a "green channel" system, that is, freshmen with special financial difficulties can go through the admission procedures according to certain procedures, and then take measures such as "reward, loan, assistance, supplement and reduction" and reimbursement of registration fees according to the verification situation, so that every freshman with financial difficulties can enter school smoothly.

The national student loan is a credit loan. Students do not need to apply for loan guarantee or mortgage, but they must promise to repay on time and bear relevant legal responsibilities.

In case of any inconsistency between the Articles of Association and the relevant policies and regulations of the state and superiors, the relevant policies and regulations of the state and superiors shall prevail.
