Introduction of Heilongjiang University:

Heilongjiang University is a comprehensive university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Heilongjiang Province. It has been selected as a "double-first-class" domestic first-class university in Heilongjiang Province and the first batch of "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest" in China. The school is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang, and the current party secretary is Wang Yongqing. The school motto is "erudite and thoughtful, towering over the sky"

As of August 3, 2022, the campus occupied an area of 1.74 million square meters, the building area of 1.09 million square meters, and there were nearly 2,700 faculty members. The school has 30 departments and 86 undergraduate majors, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, etc. 1 1 disciplines,1/disciplines doctoral degree authorization points, 35 disciplines master degree authorization points and 22 categories master degree authorization points.

Have 2 national key disciplines (including cultivation); There are 7 Post-Doctoral Research Center and 3 postdoctoral research stations. The school has 33 national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites and 10 national specialties.

Heilongjiang University was formerly the Russian team of the third branch of China People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University, which was founded in 194 1. Since 1946, it has been renamed as Foreign Languages School affiliated to the Northeast Democratic Coalition Command, Harbin Foreign Languages Institute, Harbin Foreign Languages Institute and Harbin Foreign Languages Institute. In August, 1958 was expanded and renamed Heilongjiang University on the basis of Harbin International Studies University.

By the end of 2022, Heilongjiang University ranked 136 in China University of Soft Science in 2022.
