What are the college chemistry experiments?
College chemistry experiments can be roughly divided into (or subdivided according to majors, such as material chemistry and food chemistry)

1. Inorganic chemistry experiment

It is about chemical experiments of inorganic substances, such as purification and precipitation of some inorganic substances, filtration and separation of mixtures, etc. A typical example is the preparation of alum.

2. Organic chemistry experiment

Learn the reactions of organic compounds and related operations. Such as steam distillation, liquid separation, condensation reflux, liquid drying, chromatographic separation and identification. The most typical is to separate pigment from spinach leaves.

3. Physical and chemical experiments

The corresponding experiment of chemistry and physics interdisciplinary subjects measures some physical properties of chemical substances, such as particle size measurement.

4. Biochemical experiment

It is used to study the structure and function of various components in cells, such as protein, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and other biological macromolecules. I haven't learned this yet, so I don't know much about it for the time being.

5. Analytical chemistry experiment

Using sophisticated scientific instruments, we can identify what components are contained in a substance and what components this substance is made of, determine the relative content of various components, and study the molecular structure or crystal of this substance.
