Humanities are cheap, about 320W, and accommodation is 28 W. Generally, you apply once every six months. You can't stay up late for two people in the same room.
The most basic condition for studying abroad is that you have 12 educational experience in China and know Korean.
Band 4 or above can be a course. Level 2 or above can be conditional, learning Korean for half a day and attending classes for half a day.
