(2) Students with psychological problems and accompanying parents (diagnosis certificate from hospitals at or above the county level is required);

(3) Married and living off campus with spouse (marriage certificate is required);

(4) Those who have given birth and need to take care of their children (the child's birth certificate is required). Graduate students who rent in talent apartments or family areas also need to apply for off-campus accommodation. Applications for off-campus accommodation will not be accepted for other reasons. Students who meet the application conditions for off-campus accommodation need to provide relevant certificates, parents' love letters (signatures) and other materials.
