Two copies. Changchun Normal University is an important training base for teachers of basic education and preschool education and applied senior professionals in Jilin Province. It is a provincial normal university with the right to confer doctoral degrees. The school was founded in 1958 as Changchun Teachers College, and 198 1 was renamed Changchun Teachers College. Since 1986, it has been affiliated to China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation.
