Chapter IV Rental Subsidies for Newly Introduced Talents
Twenty-first human resources departments shall inform the newly introduced talents of the conditions and procedures for applying for rental subsidies when handling the procedures for receiving, transferring or introducing newly introduced talents.
The term "newly introduced talents" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the fresh graduates, newly transferred on-the-job talents and newly introduced overseas returnees received by this Municipality.
Twenty-second newly introduced talents meet the following conditions, you can apply to the human resources department for receiving, transferring or introducing procedures and issuing rental subsidies:
(1) Bachelor degree or above;
(two) with the city's household registration;
(3) Did not enjoy the preferential policies for purchasing houses in this city and did not rent public rental housing.
In addition to meeting the requirements stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the newly transferred in-service talents should also meet the following age conditions: undergraduate under 30 years old, master under 35 years old and doctor under 40 years old. The above age condition is judged on 1 day of the transfer-in year.
Newly introduced talents shall apply for rental subsidy within 1 year from the date of issuance of the approval document for introduction. Failing to apply within the time limit shall be deemed as a waiver of application qualification.
Twenty-third new talent rental subsidy standards are:
(a) undergraduate 6000 yuan/person;
(2) Master's degree is 9000 yuan/person;
(3) doctor 12000 yuan/person.
Twenty-fourth newly introduced talent rental subsidy application after passing the examination, the human resources department will issue 50% subsidies. Six months after the first subsidy is paid, if the applicant's household registration is still in this city, and he has not rented public rental housing and has paid social insurance for three months, the human resources department will pay the remaining subsidies. If the audit does not meet the requirements, the remaining subsidies will not be issued.
Newly introduced talents are not allowed to enjoy the rental subsidy repeatedly.
Newly introduced talents are not allowed to rent public rental housing during the period of receiving rental subsidies. The rental subsidy period shall be within 1 year from the date when the Human Resources Department first issues the rental subsidy.
