From 65438 to 0980, Chen Yifei went to Hunter College in new york, USA to study for a master's degree in fine arts, and was recognized by the art world in a short time. His works have been exhibited in new york International Art Exhibition, New England Modern Art Center, Smith Art Museum and Brooklyn Museum. June 1985 held a solo exhibition at the Cochrane Art Museum in Washington.
