Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Frontier Corps (also known as Armed Police Jiangsu Frontier Corps) is an active public security force under the Frontier Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security. It has the dual attributes of the people's police and the armed police force, and is mainly responsible for protecting the territorial sovereignty and security of the country, maintaining social security management in Jiangsu coastal areas, port and ship management, border inspection and supervision of entry-exit personnel and vehicles at ports, and anti-smuggling, gun hunting, drug control, combating smuggling and flight, maritime security inspection, maritime rescue and other tasks. The corps warmly welcomes college students who are hardworking, willing to take root in remote and hard areas and willing to devote their youth to the construction of public security frontier defense forces, and sign up for our corps! College students who are determined to work in our corps should be fully prepared, devote themselves to the construction of public security frontier defense forces, and complete urgent and dangerous tasks in a relatively difficult environment of law enforcement. They must obey the organization's distribution and work at the grassroots level. All college students who accept the work of our corps are assigned to work in Jiangsu coastal grass-roots border defense forces.

Second, the conditions of receiving the object
(1) institutional conditions. The recipients should be fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities who have been admitted by the national unified entrance examination for colleges and universities, mainly those who have entered the national "2 1 1" engineering universities, universities directly under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security, and provincial key universities, taking into account other college graduates.
(2) political conditions. The payee must be a member of the Communist Party of China party member Youth League or the Communist Party of China party member Youth League. Political conditions and realistic performance meet the political conditions for enlistment. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security, and the General Political Department's Provisions on the Political Conditions for Military Colleges and Universities to Receive High School Graduates and Military Colleges and Universities to Receive Graduates ([200 1]No. 1), the relevant regulations and standards shall be implemented.
(3) learning conditions. If the recipient's academic performance is above average, he must obtain the graduation certificate and the corresponding degree certificate on time.
(4) physical condition. Physical condition conforms to the relevant provisions and standards of "Physical Examination Standards for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
(5) age conditions. The deadline for calculating the age is August 3 1, 2065438, and the undergraduate graduates are no more than 24 years old (that is, 1, born after September, 0988). Minority graduates, the age can be relaxed 1 year; The age of graduates who have served in active service can be relaxed by 2 years.
(6) Having passed the examination. Physical examination, physical fitness test, unified examination of knowledge and ability, interview and psychological quality test are all qualified.
(seven) under the same conditions, one of the following circumstances will be given priority:
1, a rural graduate with poor family background, high personal quality and strong desire for growth and progress;
2. * * * party member, student cadres, miyoshi students and graduates who have served in active service;
3 graduates who have made outstanding achievements in academic and scientific research.
(eight) the following eight types of graduates do not belong to the scope of reception:
1, graduates from non-ordinary universities such as radio and television universities, correspondence universities, staff universities, amateur universities, self-taught universities, and self-taught higher education examinations;
2. Graduates from vocational universities, vocational and technical colleges, private universities, independent colleges and adult colleges;
3. Commissioned, self-funded and oriented graduates accepted by ordinary colleges and universities;
4. Graduates trained by military academies for local areas;
5. During the study in school, the graduates who failed the compulsory courses and make-up exams accumulated more than 4 courses (inclusive) or 1 door (inclusive);
6. Graduates, dropouts, junior college students, preparatory students, graduates with bachelor degree or above;
7. Graduates of independent enrollment of sports majors (including special features);
8. Graduates who are regarded as having failed or dropped out of school for more than half a year (except those who have been enlisted in the army), and graduates who have been punished for violating discipline or other reasons during their school days.
Third, the receiving program.
1, register. Before February 8, 65438, interested candidates who meet the recruitment requirements will send their self-recommendation materials together with their recent photos, ID cards, student ID cards, report forms, freshmen enrollment lists (attendance forms), various award-winning certificates, English and computer grade certificates and other copies of relevant documents and materials (which must be stamped with the seal of the school or department) to our corps (subject to the postmark). Graduates are forbidden to register for the army repeatedly, and are only allowed to register for one unit of the national armed police frontier defense, fire fighting, security and other active units. Candidates who repeat the registration, once verified, will be disqualified and notified to the graduating university.
2. Qualification examination. According to the self-recommended materials, the list of candidates who take the knowledge and ability test is determined by reasonable screening from the aspects of the nature of the graduate school, professional category, educational level, age, regional distribution, academic performance, award-winning situation and professional expertise.
Those who fail the qualification examination will not be notified separately, and the materials recommended by them will not be returned.
3. Knowledge and ability test. Graduates who pass the qualification examination must take the knowledge and ability examination organized by the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security. The content of the examination is the test and application of administrative professional ability, and the test center is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province (the specific time and place will be notified separately).
4. Physical examination, psychological test, physical fitness test and interview. Organize physical examination, psychological test, physical fitness test and interview for all graduates who take the knowledge and ability test. The psychological test uses the software "Professional Psychological Ability Test of Public Security Police" issued by the Ministry of Public Security. Physical fitness test items are 1500m running (within 8 minutes and 30 seconds), standing long jump (above 1.7m) and push-ups (above 20 per minute).
5. Political commentary. Comprehensive test of graduates' knowledge and ability, psychological test, physical fitness test, interview and political review. By consulting the original college entrance examination files of graduates, school conduct evaluation, report forms and other materials, we visited the teachers, class teachers (counselors) and classmates of the graduates' departments to fully understand the actual performance and learning situation of graduates at school.
6. Sign an employment agreement. After summarizing the graduates who have passed the political examination, select the recipients and sign employment agreements with the intended recipients.
7. Check the file. Extract student files and accept the examination of the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
8. Police training. College students who have passed the examination shall participate in intensive training for not less than 6 months. After the training, those who pass the examination shall be reported to the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security for approval and transferred from the corps to active service.
Fourth, the delivery destination
1, jobs are all grass-roots posts such as grass-roots frontline border police stations. After receiving the police, college students must obey the distribution.
2, assigned to the grass-roots units, be sure to serve with peace of mind. Except for organizational reasons, individuals may not request to retire from active service within 5 years.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) screening and elimination
According to the principle of "comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", the college graduates to be admitted are screened from signing the admission agreement to issuing job orders, and the relevant documents of the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security are implemented.
1, review. Graduates who have signed the admission agreement will be returned to the original school if the following circumstances are found or occur:
(1) If it is not reported within the prescribed time limit, the termination of the agreement will not be accepted in principle;
② Incomplete registration certificate, graduation certificate and degree certificate (bachelor degree or above);
(3) Failing to deliver the graduates' files within the specified time;
(4) Graduates' files failed to pass the examination after they arrived at their posts;
⑤ Those who fail the physical examination organized by the receiving unit.
2. Pre-job training was cancelled. If the actual performance, study and training, physical and psychological conditions during the training period are not suitable for the post of demobilized military cadres by the comprehensive evaluation of the training unit, they will be eliminated.
3. Eliminate during the probation period. During the probation period, the winners will be eliminated if they are not suitable for working in the army due to ideological instability, disciplinary action and physical reasons.
Before the first post order was issued, if I strongly requested to retire from active service without special reasons, the receiving unit should recover the training fees and other related expenses according to the regulations, and after paying the liquidated damages, with the approval of the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security, cancel the enlistment procedures and return to the original graduate school.
