I. Applicable objects and conditions 1. Applicants: adult education graduates who graduated in the spring of 2023 and self-taught graduates who graduated in February of 2022. 2. Application conditions (must be met at the same time): ① After examination, outstanding political and ideological performance is allowed to graduate; (2) Having passed the foreign language examination for degree; (3) apply for the corresponding professional degree and pass the exam (this work will be carried out one week after the application deadline, and the specific arrangements will be released. Before publication, an application shall be made in accordance with the application conditions of the preceding two articles).
Second, the application materials 1. According to the applicant's student number, each correspondence station fills in the Summary Table of Undergraduate Graduates' Application for Bachelor's Degree in the First Half of 2023 of Donghua University of Technology (see Annex 1), and the form is submitted in two ways: paper (A4 paper, stamped with the official seal of each correspondence station) and Excel spreadsheet. 2. Each correspondence station collects and submits two two-inch color photos with a blue background to the applicant for posting the degree certificate and the electronic version of the photos. The size is 480*640, the size is within 15K, and it is named after the ID number. 3. Each correspondence station shall submit the scanned copy of the applicant's undergraduate diploma (JPEG image format) in the order of student number. 4. Each correspondence station shall summarize and submit the electronic document (Word format) of the applicant's graduation thesis (design) manuscript and the duplicate check report (PDF format) according to the specialty and form, and fill in the summary table of adult thesis information in the first half of 2023 (see Annex 3). 5. Correspondence stations summarize and submit the applicant's degree English transcripts according to the major and form and the order of student number.
Iii. Standardize the specific requirements for filling in application forms and submitting materials 1. Students should carefully examine their application qualifications according to the awarding conditions, and carefully fill in the Summary of Adult (Self-taught) Undergraduate Graduates List of Donghua University of Technology in the First Half of 2023 (see Annex 1 for the format). The "professional name" in the table must be the full name of the graduation major and submitted to the corresponding correspondence station according to the materials required for the application. 2. The scanned copy of undergraduate diploma (JPEG image format) must be clear and correct. Please pay attention to the file name in the format of "name+major+ID number". 3. Please indicate the name of the station (point), the name of the major and the name of the student on the back of the two-inch color photo with a blue background. 4. The file name of the electronic document of graduation thesis (design) manuscript should indicate the format of "name+correspondence station (self-taught)+professional name". 5. The format of graduation thesis duplicate checking test report (PDF format) is "name+correspondence station (self-taught)+professional name". 6. Students must carefully fill in every item of information in the information summary of adult dissertations in the first half of 2023, and report the form to their correspondence station. If the information is not filled in correctly, the degree information will not be uploaded to Xuexin.com..7 7. The form of "name+correspondence station (self-taught)+professional name" should be indicated in the degree English report form.
Four. Time and method of submitting materials 1. Submission time of application materials All application materials can be submitted from the date of announcement, and the deadline is March 2023 12. 2. Submission method of application materials 1) Paper materials: ① Summary of the list of bachelor's degrees applied by adult education (self-taught) graduates with official seals; ② Two two-inch blue background graduation information collection photos. 2) Electronic documents submitted to the e-mail: ① Summary table of application for bachelor's degree by adult education (self-taught) graduates; ② Scanned undergraduate diploma (JPEG image format); (3) Electronic document of the applicant's graduation thesis (design) manuscript (Word format); (4) Graduation thesis duplicate checking report (PDF format); ⑤ Summary of adult dissertations in the first half of 2023; 6 degree English transcripts; ⑦ Electronic version of two-inch blue background photos. 3) Adult education graduates should log on to the management platform of our college (website: AdminBase/Index) by the staff of their correspondence station to complete the submission of the above electronic documents.
