Floating population who leave their permanent residence and come to this city for temporary residence, who have reached the age of 16 and intend to stay for more than 1 month, shall apply for a temporary residence permit at the local police station within three days after arriving at their temporary residence, with their identity cards or other legal and valid certificates and two bareheaded photos. The police station should handle it free of charge in time, with one person and one certificate, and the "Temporary Residence Permit" is valid for one year. For the floating population who invest in business or buy a house in our city and hold the property right certificate and the temporary address has not changed, the validity period of the temporary residence permit shall be extended. If the temporary address of the holder changes, expires or the temporary residence permit is lost, the holder shall go through the formalities of change, extension or replacement at the issuing authority in time. The holder shall properly keep the temporary residence permit for inspection.
