The school dismissed me, can I take back the housing reform?
Thank you for your reply!

There is only one key clause in the supplementary agreement. I copy the agreement on the service period:

Employees who buy houses must serve the school for ten years in a row and five years after buying houses. During the service period, the house shall not be sold, leased or transferred, and the real estate license and land certificate shall be kept by the school. After the service expires, two certificates can be issued.

There is no agreement in the supplementary agreement on what to do if there is no service. Is the contract for buying a house without service not established? There is a detailed agreement of the unit that the school will buy back the house before the service period, but it is not in my agreement.

In addition, there is a sentence at the beginning, saying that according to the interim measures for public housing of * * University in 2002, if there are provisions for resignation and recovery in the measures, is it valid in the agreement?

thank you
