Step one: drink tea.
Boiling water of 100 degree is generally used for brewing cooked tea, and the ratio of tea to tea is very important. Take 150ml white porcelain bowl with 8g tea as an example.
Step 2: Warm Cup Sanitary Ware
Through surrounding water injection, the boiling water with the temperature of 100℃ was poured into the bowl cover successfully, so as to improve the temperature of the bowl cover.
Step 3: pour the tea.
Put the prepared rice into a scalded covered bowl, cover and stew for about 8 seconds to enhance the aroma of tea at high temperature.
Step 4: Wake up the tea (wash the tea)
Wake up the tea with 100℃ boiling water and inject water at a fixed point. The tea waking time should not be too long, and it should be controlled at about 8 seconds, so that the tea leaves can be fully soaked in water, and the leaves can be fully stretched to maintain the best taste.

Step 5: Brewing.
After washing the tea, it is officially brewed. After the soup is cooked, it is necessary to drain the tea leaves to avoid leaving the tea soup in the bowl, which may easily cause the next tea soup to be bitter and astringent. Generally, 1-4 bubbles need to be discharged quickly (about 5 seconds is appropriate), and then the water outlet time is appropriately extended for each bubble.
Step 6: Make soup to drink.
After the soup is served on the table, the boiled tea soup is red, thick, transparent and bright, and its taste is thick, smooth, waxy, fragrant and mellow. The entrance of tea soup has a heavy feeling, the tea soup is smooth, and the waxy feeling is mellow.
