How early does CET-4 enter the examination room?
The CET-4 starts half an hour earlier.

CET-4 and CET-6 do not explicitly require the time to enter the examination room, but generally enter the examination room 30 minutes in advance. Before entering the examination room, invigilators will carefully check whether the candidates' admission tickets, ID cards and other documents that can prove their identity are consistent with the candidates themselves. During the examination, if the examination room is abnormal or the candidates cheat, they should report to the invigilator in time and make records of the examination room.

When taking the CET-4, all candidates must enter the venue at the specified time (8: 45 am). /kloc-After 0/5 minutes (9: 00 a.m.), late candidates are not allowed to enter. Admission must take the initiative to show the admission ticket and valid identity documents, accept the verification of the examination staff, and sign the examination room register as required.

After admission, you should sit in the right place and put the admission ticket and valid ID on the desk for verification. You must answer the questions in strict accordance with the requirements.

All written parts should be answered with a black pen. When filling in the information points, you should use HB-2B pencil to fill in the corresponding positions on the answer sheet, and use eraser to clean up the changes. You can only write or fill in information points where candidates are required to answer. If you don't fill in and answer according to the specified requirements, it is invalid.

Interpretation of CET-4 and CET-6 scores;

The design of CET-4 and CET-6 refers to College English Curriculum Requirements (hereinafter referred to as Teaching Requirements). The fourth level refers to the "general requirements" stipulated in the "Teaching Requirements"; Band 6 refers to the "higher requirements" stipulated in the "Teaching Requirements". The scores of CET-4 and CET-6 are reported by reference to the norm, and there is no passing line. The norm group of CET-4 is selected from about 30,000 non-English major candidates in national 16 universities.

The norm group of CET-6 is selected from about 5,000 non-English majors in five key universities in China. The test paper scores after each exam with the same academic ability are converted into report scores with reference to the norm. The total score of CET-4 and CET-6 reports is 7 10.

In the formula, TotSco stands for total score, X stands for the original total score of each candidate before norm conversion, Mean stands for norm mean, and SD stands for norm standard deviation. The test paper scores of each CET-4 and CET-6 will be converted into report scores with reference to this norm formula.

The individual scores of CET-4 and CET-6 consist of four parts. These four parts and their scores are: listening accounts for 35%, reading accounts for 35%, and translation and writing account for 30%. The full marks of each personal report are: listening 249, reading 249, translation and writing 2 12. The sum of the scores of each individual report is equal to the total score of the report.
