The public network address is still there, and the modem light is normal. Currently, the ping local address is not available. After the client logs in again, the network connects. The firewall of the operating system itself is not opened, and no additional firewall is installed.
Tcp/ip filtering is not enabled. Later, it was found that there was an item "IEEE 802. 1x authentication (e) for using this network" in "local connection-properties-authentication". After this thing is removed, it is tested and used.
The user is no longer disconnected. I have encountered this problem in Zhengzhou University's campus network (an authentication system of Huawei) before, and I often get disconnected, always prompting "You can't get ISP authentication, you won't."
You can connect to the network "and other information, and don't drop the line after removing" verification ". Because many xp versions on the market now have this function turned on by default, and some don't. Pay attention to check.
5.2 When you answered the phone, you were disconnected.
Users generally don't drop the line, just as soon as they answer the phone. When I answered the phone, I found that the modem light went out, so naturally I couldn't surf the Internet. Finally, it was found that the telephone and adsl voice separator were connected incorrectly.
Reconnect and solve it.
5.3 After running for one minute, the line is disconnected.
Problem description: If you disconnect after logging in successfully for one minute, and prompt "The system has been automatically offline: the process stopped abnormally, please restart the client. If the problem is not solved, please reinstall the client ".
In Win2k and above, the following solutions are adopted:
Please exit the client, and then run npf_mgm.exe -i (default is C:\Program Files\racer-hlj) in the client installation directory, and then run NPF _ mgm.exe-s if this method is not available.
Please uninstall the client first, download the latest client and reinstall it.
Under win98 and winMe versions, the solution is as follows: completely uninstall the client, restart the machine, reinstall the latest version of the client, and log in again!
Upgrade the newly released network card driver.
If your operating system is win98, the machine motherboard has an integrated network card, and there is a dual network card agent, it is likely that this integrated network card has been damaged, please disable this network card in the device manager!
5.4 Disconnect after running for a period of time.
Please check whether the line and ADSL cat are normal, whether the network cable interface is loose, and eliminate possible hardware failures.
There is disconnection in 100 minutes. Please contact the maintenance personnel to find out the reason from the three-layer equipment, mainly because the access list item is to see whether UDP ports 2 167 and 2 168 are prohibited.
The user can get the private network address normally, but the network is disconnected. If the firewall software (such as Rising, Skynet, Jinshan, etc. ), please check whether the firewall is open for 67, 68, 2 167, 2 168.
UDP port, or allow the racer.exe and racerkp.exe processes of the new client to communicate with the external network. Please add these two processes to the allowed (published and opened) list of firewall software.
If the user is using windows XP operating system, please delete the firewall function, or follow the instructions of "3.2 Prompt for dial-up connection failure message" to "Heilongjiang Netcom".
Broadband client "is added to the exception list.
If the problem cannot be solved, it may be because the system files installed in your machine are damaged or lost. Please reinstall the operating system (please do not install it as a mirror)!
