440 Fundamentals of News and Communication

China Communication University is a key university under the "2 1 1 Project" directly under the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 1954, and was renamed China Communication University by Beijing Broadcasting Institute in August 2004.

Two disciplines, journalism and communication, drama, film and television, were selected into the national "double-first-class" construction discipline list, two national key disciplines, and communication 1 national key cultivation discipline.
