1, Changsha University of Science and Technology

Changsha University of Science and Technology &; Science and technology), referred to as "CSUST", is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and the Hunan Provincial People's Government, and it belongs to the "First-class Universities in China" (Class A) in Hunan Province.

The "Innovative Experiment Program for College Students" of the Ministry of Education is a member of China Electric Power University Alliance, Green Transportation Alliance and China-Russia Jiaotong University Alliance. It is a typical graduate employment experience-oriented university in China and a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Changsha University of Science and Technology was formed by the merger of Changsha Jiaotong University and Changsha Institute of Electric Power in 2003. The predecessor of Changsha Jiaotong University was Changsha Navigation Engineering School founded by the Ministry of Communications 1956.
