China University of Science and Technology, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a national key university directly under the China Academy of Sciences, focusing on cutting-edge science and high technology, as well as medicine, characteristic management and humanities. The school was established in Beijing on September 1958, with Guo Moruo as the first principal. After its establishment, the Chinese Academy of Sciences implemented the school-running policy of "running the whole school and combining departments", and gathered a number of famous scientists, such as Guo Yonghuai, Zhao Jiuzhang, Hua, Qian Xuesen and so on, and was listed as a national key university in the second year of its establishment. 1970 At the beginning of the year, the school moved to Hefei, Anhui Province and started a second venture. After 1978, the school opened a juvenile class, built a graduate school for the first time, built a national science project, and opened the school to the world.
