Wang, a professor at National Defense University and an expert in military strategy. He graduated from the Military Academy and the Graduate School of National Defense University, and studied at the PLA Institute of International Relations and Beijing Foreign Studies University. Visiting scholar, School of Foreign Affairs, Georgetown University. From September 2065438 to September 2005, under the complicated international strategic situation, Wang gave a keynote speech entitled "International Military Hotspots and Security Around China" in order to make everyone fully aware of the impact of the world security situation on the national security environment.
