Like a classmate of mine, I entered a company after graduating from my senior year, but resigned after working for one year. I once chatted with him and found out why he chose to resign at that time. At that time, he felt that his boss abused him and always asked him to do something he shouldn't do. Then he felt unfair to himself and decided to resign. I don't think the boss actually abused him. Maybe the boss thinks he is more capable, so he always wants to film him. I think people like him, if they persist, still have certain development prospects in the company. However, many people think that they feel wronged when they undertake such a thing. Most people, especially those born after 1990 and 1900, may choose to resign. The main reason is that the tolerance of young people is really poor now. If they are slightly wronged, they will think that they can't do it and will choose to resign. In fact, this point has been mentioned by many media, and I think it is true.
Moreover, many young people blindly pursue treatment and only seek some higher treatment. As soon as they met a better one, they immediately chose to visit some companies. I think this is actually not good, because if a person can do well in a potential company, in fact, his future opportunities are great, so I think he should not blindly pursue treatment, but pursue opportunities.
To sum up, this is why I think many college students quit immediately when they are offered better pay. I think this is a very inappropriate and wrong choice.
