Institutions of higher learning that can carry out the work of exemption from examination and approval can recommend a specified number of outstanding undergraduate graduates from the preliminary examination, and go directly to the applicant for a second interview and go through the acceptance procedures before the specified date. The recommendation and admission methods shall be formulated by the school (enrollment unit) according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
The admitted students (including postgraduate education group and rural education master program) must go through the registration confirmation formalities at the registration point within the registration time stipulated by the state, and may not take the unified examination again. Provisions on the requirements for exemption from test students:
1、? Institutions of higher learning shall not make use of the number of students exempted from examination, and shall not carry out the training and publicity of master's degrees in this major on the grounds of students exempted from examination. As of the time stipulated by the Ministry of Education, if the confirmed students are not admitted by the admissions unit or give up on their own, their qualifications for school status will be invalid and the number of places will not be adjusted.
2. Students who meet the application conditions can apply to the school, fill in the Application Form for Recommended Exemption Postgraduate Qualification in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and submit the corresponding supporting materials.
3. Students who have passed the primary election should fill in the Registration Form of National Recommended Exemption Students for Master's Degree (see the attached table, hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form of Exemption Students) according to the format uniformly formulated by the Ministry of Education, and report it to the leading group for selecting exemption students in our school for examination and approval after being examined and sealed by the recommendation working group of the institute (department).
