Since its establishment, our college has attached great importance to the construction of teaching staff. In the 1980s and 1990s, there were nearly 40 full-time teachers, with a strong lineup and strength. Since 2002, the teaching staff of our college has developed rapidly by introducing excellent doctors and academic backbones, selecting and retaining excellent master graduates, and cultivating and improving young teachers in service. There are 34 full-time teachers, including 7 professors and 7 associate professors 17. The academic level has been greatly improved, with 22 doctors, accounting for 64.7% of the total number of teachers, and 30 doctors and masters, accounting for 88.2% of the total number of teachers; In addition, in order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, the college has selected and recommended more than 10 young teachers to study for doctoral degrees in famous universities at home and abroad in recent years. Wang Xiaoxing, male, born in April 1950, graduated from the philosophy department of Peking University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in philosophy. At present, he is a professor at the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Lanzhou University, a tutor for master students, a director of the Chinese Philosophy History Society, and an executive vice president of the Gansu Philosophy Society.

Lian Heng, male, born in July, 1949, graduated from the Political Education Department of Northwest Normal University. He is currently the secretary, dean, professor and master tutor of the Party branch of the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Lanzhou University. He is also the vice president of Gansu Philosophy Society and the director of China Marxist Philosophy History Society.
