In order to implement the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) and the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18th National Congress, Tongji University continued to implement it in 20 16 according to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Increasing the Enrollment Rate of Rural Students in Key Universities in 20 16.
First, enrollment targets and registration conditions
It mainly recruits rural high school graduates who are firm in ideals and beliefs, studious, excellent in grades, good in moral character, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, strong in social responsibility, and have obvious professional interests, academic specialties, innovative potential and physical and mental health. Candidates themselves, their parents or legal guardians have regional household registration in this province (autonomous region, city), and I have local household registration for more than three consecutive years, and I have been studying in a local high school for three consecutive years, which meets the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in that year.
Second, enrollment majors, enrollment plans and preferential schemes
The enrollment plan and preferential scheme are shown in the attached table "Enrollment Plan, Enrollment Plan and Preferential Scheme of Tongji University 20 16 Dream Plan". This plan plans to recruit 300 science candidates.
Three, registration, selection procedures and assessment methods
Candidates choose six enrollment majors (classes) to apply for registration according to their own characteristics and the characteristics and training requirements of related disciplines and majors in Tongji University, and fill in whether to adjust their majors (software engineering majors are not adjusted).
1, online registration:
This plan adopts the online registration method recommended by students, and the online registration time is from April 8, 2065438 to April 25, 2065438. Candidates who apply to participate in our school's dream building plan need to complete the application in the sunshine college entrance examination platform "College Special Plan Registration System" (website: /gxzxbm). Candidates register their real names after logging into the registration system, fill in their personal registration information truthfully and upload the application materials. If there are false contents or major facts in the application materials that may adversely affect the candidates, once found, the candidates will be disqualified from participating in the follow-up identification work; Those who have obtained the qualification for independent enrollment shall be disqualified; Those who have already entered the school shall be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school. The application materials shall be clear, true and complete.
The application materials include:
(1) Application Form: After completing online registration, candidates should carefully check the relevant information filled in the application form, download and print the application form after confirmation, and the relevant person in charge of the middle school where they are enrolled will review and sign it, and affix the official seal of the middle school; Candidates will upload an application form that is completed, signed by themselves, signed and sealed by their secondary school, and the application number is consistent with that on the Internet to the registration system.
(2) Self-report: I must write and sign. The content includes self-knowledge, events that can show one's personality and specialty, reasons for choosing Tongji University and related disciplines, and plans for one's future development.
(3) High school achievement certificate: the report card and grade ranking table or ranking certificate shall be stamped with the official seal of the middle school.
(4) a scanned copy of the college entrance examination registration information form.
(5) Copy and scan the student's second-generation ID card.
(6) Other materials conducive to auditing: authentic materials that can reflect the comprehensive quality of candidates, such as grades, award certificates, student cadres, associations or social welfare activities.
Among the above materials, (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) are all application materials that candidates must provide. You must ensure that the scanned pictures of the application materials submitted online are complete and clear, otherwise the registration will be invalid. Material (6) should fill in the system application form truthfully, and upload the color scanning picture of the original proof material. If the application form is not filled in, the supporting materials are incomplete or uploaded, it will not be recognized.
Note: ① The above materials must be scanned and uploaded to the registration system, and candidates do not need to mail any paper materials.
(2) Middle schools must disclose information according to regulations, publicize the materials recommended by students in a prominent position on campus within the specified time, and accept the supervision of all parties.
2. Announce the preliminary results
For the application materials that have been completed within the specified time limit and submitted online, the content and form meet the requirements, our school will organize relevant experts to review and select the best candidate to participate in the interview and assessment of our dream plan. The preliminary results are scheduled to be announced before May 30th. Candidates can log in to the sunshine college entrance examination platform "college special plan registration system" and report the list to the platform for publicity.
3. Evaluation and selection
Candidates who pass the preliminary examination and have no objection need to attend a comprehensive interview in our school. The comprehensive interview time is scheduled for 2065438+mid-June 2006, and the specific arrangements will be notified separately (see bkzs.tongji.edu.cn, Undergraduate Admissions Network of Tongji University for details).
4. Determine the list of qualified candidates.
Our school will determine the list of qualified candidates for the "Dream Project" and preferential scores according to the candidates' test scores and professional reporting. The preferential score is divided into two grades: A and B, and 50% of the candidates get A and B respectively. The grade A priority score of science and life medicine specialty is B60, and grade B is B40；; The preferential scores of economics and management and engineering majors are B40 and B30 respectively. Candidates in Jiangsu Province, regardless of Grade A and Grade B, will get B20 preferential points. The list of selected qualifications is reported to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education for publicity, and the formula will take effect after no objection.
Four. Admission confirmation methods and preferential policies
Candidates recognized by our school as qualified candidates for "Dream Project 20 16" must report to our school according to the batch of self-enrollment applications stipulated by the provincial admissions examination institutions, and fill in the corresponding majors (categories) according to the published majors (categories). Failure to report as required is regarded as automatic waiver of the qualification of "Dream Project". When the college entrance examination is accepted, our school gives Tongji University a preferential policy of admission to this major (category) with scores lower than the local simulated investment line of 20 points, 30 points, 40 points and 60 points, and not lower than the admission control scores of the same batch and subject in the province where the candidates are located.
Note: The simulated investment line is calculated and generated by the provincial recruitment office of the source of students according to the proportion of the final investment line of all colleges and universities enrolled in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities). Candidates' scores include extra points recognized by the provincial recruitment office, and the specific voluntary reporting method is implemented according to the reporting method required by the provincial recruitment office.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) subsidizes policies and training.
Our school has a subsidy policy for students who participate in the "Dream Project". Students with financial difficulties can apply, and after the application is passed, they can get Tongji University's freshman grant; At the same time, outstanding students can get the "Dream Project" freshman scholarship of Tongji University. There are other kinds of aid activities to help solve the life difficulties during school.
