Moral education is the central task of talent training in colleges and universities.
The central task of talent training is to educate people with morality. Without virtue, the country will not prosper, and without virtue, the people will not stand. Moral cultivation is the fundamental task of talent training in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should strengthen their sense of historical mission and political responsibility, buckle the "first button" of talent growth, and train a group of talents with excellent work style for the party and the country.
In the cultivation of talents' morality, intelligence, physique and art, Lide Shu Ren is the most important, and Lide has a weak foundation. Even if intellectual, physical and artistic skills are well developed, educated people have no soul.
Universities shoulder the great mission of perfecting innovative science, inheriting civilization, serving the society and cultivating talents, and talent cultivation is the central task of universities. Besides professional education, there are four other issues that should be the focus of our university work.
The first is the advanced nature. That is to guide students' political pursuit and establish ideals and beliefs.
The second is leadership. The fifth item in Harvard University's additional personality assessment program for students is leadership. The concept of leadership originated in the West and has been widely used by management and enterprises in China. Leadership training is not to make students become officials, but to cultivate their communication and cooperation ability, correctly handle the relationship between individuals and others and teams, and learn to form joint forces through cooperation in their careers.
The third is professionalism. A brilliant life means success in your career. Be clear about your career goals and career plans, instead of stepping on watermelon skin-slide wherever you go.
The fourth is the sense of responsibility. Be brave in taking responsibility, and be clearly aware of the responsibilities on your shoulders, including the obligations to your family, others, the country and society. We must have a correct judgment of right and wrong and a sense of justice, abide by the law, pay attention to morality, and keep the basic bottom line of being a man. Our teachers' teaching ideas, teaching contents and teaching methods should highlight these four points.
