For large universities with group development, there will be executive principals in different campuses. From the perspective of top management, this has little impact on students and ordinary teachers. Students will also be influenced by the complex bottom management level. The more management levels and meticulous work, the more student cadres will participate in student management. This adds another layer of management.

What kind of management level is appropriate and efficient for the school, I think, this is also one of the controversial issues in the history of management. This depends on the content of the school's educational function. If its function is complex, the management level is bound to be complex.
