Liu Wentao (1896— 1974), also known as Liu Peichuan, was born in Yongfeng County. 19 16 was admitted to Nanchang private Xinyuan middle school. Under the guidance of Huang and Li Youtang, I read books such as Evolution of Nature, Origin of Species and History of Western Philosophy, and got a superficial understanding of logic, philosophy and biological evolution. After graduation, I was admitted to China University. The following spring, he transferred to Shanghai Sino-French National Tonghui Business School, specializing in civil engineering. 1922, Liu Jinghe introduced to join the Kuomintang and listened to Sun Yat-sen's speech many times. After graduation, I went to France at public expense and studied in the Economics Department of the Law School of the University of Lyon for 4 years, studying the history of western economic development and various economic theories. In the meantime, he was elected as an executive member of the French General Branch of the Kuomintang. Later, Chen Gongbo came to Europe to develop the Kuomintang reorganization comrades' association. 1928, the general branch of France was established and was elected as a supervisor to carry out anti-Chiang activities.
