According to the spirit of the notice of the General Office of the State Council, combined with the actual situation of our hospital, we will arrange the Dragon Boat Festival and summer vacation in our hospital as follows:

First, the Dragon Boat Festival holiday time

Dragon Boat Festival (Thursday) on June 9th is a legal holiday, which lasts for 4 days from June 9th (Thursday) to June 12 (Sunday). Go to work normally on Monday, June 13.

Second, the summer vacation and the start time of the next semester

1. Because the semester started later than in previous years, the original holiday time (June 20th) was delayed by one week, students had a holiday on June 25th, and all the staff had a holiday on July 2nd.

2. The starting time of the next semester is that the old classmates report on September 3rd and 4th, and attend classes on the 5th. Freshmen report on September 6th and 7th.

First of all, holiday time

1. According to the school calendar, the summer vacation of the 20 15-20 16 school year begins in July and ends on September 3. September 1 2 is the time for students to register, and classes will officially start on September 5. The make-up and postponed exams for undergraduates are scheduled for September 2-4.

2. Under the premise of ensuring the preparation for the start of the new semester and the normal operation of all work, all units can arrange staff rotation in batches from July 20 after the students have a holiday for 3 days. The faculty and staff of the whole school will start work on September 1 day, that is, three days before the official class week of next semester. Before the start of school, the school leaders' study arrangements will be notified separately by the Party Committee Office and the Principal's Office.

3. The holiday time of adult education and online education students will be notified separately by the Adult Education College and the Online Education College.

4. West China Hospital, West China Second Hospital, West China Stomatological Hospital, West China Fourth Hospital, Science and Technology Industry Group and Logistics Group arrange their own holidays according to their own actual conditions with reference to the school holiday time.

1. The registration time for freshmen is September 9th.10; Postgraduate freshmen report on September 12 and 13.

2. Students should register in their colleges (research institutes and centers) on September 1 and 2. Those who can't report for duty on time due to work or illness should submit a written certificate to their college (institute, center) before September 5, and go through the formalities of asking for leave, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism. All colleges (institutes, centers) and relevant departments should arrange special personnel to handle student registration procedures, count the number of students registered every day and report to the Academic Affairs Office or graduate school in time. The registration of adult education students and online education students shall be implemented according to the notice of adult education college and online education college.

3. The Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Logistics Management Office, the Logistics Group and other departments and relevant colleges should organize personnel to do all the preparatory work in advance according to the time and work arrangement of the make-up exam and the deferred exam, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the make-up exam and the deferred exam. The specific time and place arrangement of the make-up exam and the deferred exam shall be implemented according to the notice of the Academic Affairs Office.

4. The security department should strengthen safety inspection, strengthen duty, inspection and prevention of key parts, and ensure the safety and stability of the campus during the summer vacation.

6. Colleges (institutes, centers), student affairs offices, graduate work offices and other units should strengthen safety education for students who leave school during holidays, and timely grasp and understand the number and situation of students who stay in school during holidays. The student affairs office, the graduate student office, the Communist Youth League Committee, the security office, the school trade union, the logistics group and other relevant units and colleges should effectively arrange the life and activities of students and faculty staying in school during the summer vacation and do a good job in security; The arrangement of students' holiday activities will be notified separately by the Student Affairs Office, the Graduate Work Department and the Youth League Committee.

7. All relevant units should make arrangements in advance, and earnestly do all the preparatory work before the start of the new semester. The teacher should make preparations for the next class.

8. The Student Affairs Department, the Postgraduate Affairs Department, the Security Department and the Logistics Department must ensure that the telephone is manned 24 hours a day, and major situations should be reported to the general duty room of the school in time.
