The student employment guidance center is a deputy department-level unit under the Student Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office of the Party Committee. There are two departments, namely, Market Coordination Department and Education Guidance Department (Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Teaching and Research Section), which are responsible for the employment and entrepreneurship of undergraduate and graduate students, including campus recruitment, employment service, employment management, curriculum construction, employment guidance, entrepreneurship incubation, and double innovation competition.
The responsibilities of the Education Guidance Section are: ideological education, career planning guidance and consultation for graduates; Publicize employment and entrepreneurship policies and organize cultural activities for employment and entrepreneurship; Employment and entrepreneurship curriculum construction and theoretical research, innovation and entrepreneurship education guidance and competition organization, teacher training; Construction and operation of Xiao Ye consulting room and E station of employment and entrepreneurship service; Vocational skills training and entrepreneurship training, etc.
