Notice on the Project Establishment of Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students: In order to implement the spirit of Several Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Deepening Undergraduate Teaching Reform and Improving Teaching Quality in an All-round Way (J.J. [2007] No.2), according to the requirements of the Notice on Implementing Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students in Fujian Province (J.J. [2007] No.60), our college started the project establishment of innovative experiment plan for college students. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Objectives and tasks The purpose of this project is to explore and establish a teaching model with problems and topics as the core, advocate innovative experimental reform with undergraduates as the main body, mobilize students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, stimulate students' innovative thinking and awareness, gradually master the methods of thinking and solving problems, and improve students' innovative practical ability. Second, the implementation principle of 1 is benefit-driven. Students participating in the project should have a strong interest in scientific research or invention. Driven by interest, the experimental process was completed under the guidance of the tutor. 2. Independent experiment. Students participating in the project should design, complete and manage the experiment independently. 3. Pay attention to the process. Pay attention to the implementation process of innovative experimental projects, and emphasize the students' innovative thinking and innovative practice in the implementation process of planned projects. Third, the project requires that the innovative experimental plan for college students is an innovative experimental plan based on experimental practice teaching, in which undergraduates or innovative teams independently conduct innovative research and study, independently design innovative experimental methods, or closely combine with the actual production of enterprises. The specific requirements are as follows: 1. Students participating in the planned project must give full play to their learning initiative out of their strong interest in scientific research or invention. At the same time, we should deal with the relationship between learning basic knowledge and skills and innovative experiments and inventions. 2. Students are the main body of the project. Every planned project needs a tutor, but the tutor only plays the role of counseling. Undergraduates or innovative teams participating in the planned projects must independently select topics and design, organize equipment and materials, carry out experiments, analyze and process data and write summary reports under the guidance of tutors. 3. The topics of students' planned projects should be appropriate. The topic selection of planning projects requires novel ideas, clear goals, innovation and exploration. Students should analyze the feasibility of the research scheme and technical route, and constantly adjust and optimize it in the process of implementation. 4. Students participating in the planned project should use the planned project funds reasonably and abide by the financial management system of the school. Four. Project implementation 1, project scope and fund use scope The innovative experimental project for college students is aimed at outstanding undergraduates in our school, and the number of people in each project team is no more than 5. 2007-20 10 * * * 160 plans to establish projects, with about 40 projects established every year. The school will provide financial support for the project, mainly for the main consumables, academic activities, materials and conference expenses related to the project. The project funds are entrusted by the school and used by the students who undertake the planned project. Teachers are not allowed to use students' research funds, and departments are not allowed to intercept or misappropriate them. 2. Selection method The selection method adopts the procedures of recommendation by various departments, expert review and school approval, and selects planned projects. All departments should organize and declare the planned projects, recommend the innovative planned projects declared by students to the school after review, and the school will organize relevant experts to review the projects recommended by all departments, and carry out project approval according to the expert review opinions. 3. The application materials require to fill in the Application for Innovative Experimental Project of Students in Zhangzhou Normal University (see attachment) and related written materials, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office before September 13, 2007, and send the electronic document of the application (word file, doc format, file name: department, name of planned project) to sjk@fjzs.edu.cn. 4. The execution time of the project management plan is 1-2 years. After the completion of the planned project, the summary report, papers, designs, patents and related certification materials will be reported to the Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office, and the school will conduct spot checks according to the situation. V. Work of each department 1. All departments should participate in supervision and management, provide mentors for students to plan projects, and be responsible for guiding students to carry out innovative experiments. Each department determines the workload of instructors according to their workload. 2. All departments should encourage students to participate in planned projects, and students who resort to deceit and make no obvious progress in their work during the declaration and implementation of planned projects should terminate their planned projects in time; Changes in the contents of the planned project, changes in the members of the planned project, and the early or delayed completion of the planned project must be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval. 3. All kinds of open laboratories provide experimental sites and experimental equipment for students participating in the project free of charge.
