Xi Chuanjin, male, party member, from Tianmen City, Hubei Province. He graduated from Hubei University with a bachelor's degree in English, graduated from Huazhong Normal University with a master's degree in literature, and graduated from Nanjing University with a doctor's degree in literature and art.
