Article 19 When enrolling students, the professional volunteers are not divided into scores, and the principle is that scores are given priority, that is, they are sorted from high scores to low scores, and they are admitted in turn according to the professional volunteers reported by candidates. Article 27 Horticulture major in our school (Sino-Singapore experimental class) is a joint training project with Massey University in New Zealand. This program only recruits candidates who are willing to study abroad and can bear the expenses of going abroad and in the new period. According to the requirements of the new visa, students who have obtained ordinary high school graduation certificate and HKCEE can apply for the exam, and their English score in the college entrance examination is not lower than 105. Students admitted to horticulture major (Sino-Singapore experimental class) cannot change their major. Students who have completed all the courses stipulated in the four-year talent training plan for horticulture major (Sino-Singapore experimental class) and met the graduation requirements and degree-granting conditions of our university will receive the graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate from Northeast Agricultural University. Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Article 41 The Articles of Association shall be revised by the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy in that year.
