Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Northeast Agricultural University.

Article 3 School enrollment follows the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency", and makes comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission to candidates, and accepts the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, their parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 9 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, which shall be responsible for formulating undergraduate enrollment policies and discussing and deciding major issues of undergraduate enrollment. The school has set up an enrollment committee composed of teachers, students and alumni representatives to give full play to their democratic management and supervision.

Article 10 The Admissions and Employment Office of Northeast Agricultural University is a permanent institution that organizes and implements the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 11 In 2022, our school will recruit students from 365 and 438+0 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide. The enrollment majors involve agronomy, engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art and other disciplines. The enrollment plan is approved by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, and the enrollment plans by provinces and disciplines are released to the public by the enrollment departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Fourteenth students admitted by major shall organize basic teaching according to major after entering school. In the third semester, students choose a major according to their grades and wishes. In the fourth semester, I entered the corresponding major and met the relevant requirements such as the Regulations on the Management of Student Status. Diplomas and degrees are awarded according to this major. Chapter V Admission

Sixteenth schools implement the admission system stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the provincial admissions offices organize admission.

Article 17 Schools admit candidates according to the categories of science and engineering, literature and history, and art, and Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, and Chongqing are required to enroll candidates according to the requirements of elective subjects set by majors (professional groups).

Article 18 The proportion of file transfer shall be determined according to the relevant requirements of provincial recruitment office and the situation of students in our school. For parallel volunteer batch, candidates who file in our school and obey the adjustment will not quit.

For gradient volunteer batches, and the number of files is greater than the planned number, the school will determine the professional list according to the planned number after sorting according to the total score (including policy points), and then divide the majors according to the actual college entrance examination results (excluding policy points).

Article 19 When enrolling students, the professional volunteers are not divided into scores, and the principle is that scores are given priority, that is, they are sorted from high scores to low scores, and they are admitted in turn according to the professional volunteers reported by candidates. Candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers will be transferred to the enrollment plan if they obey the professional volunteer adjustment; According to the professional group to fill in the volunteers of the above candidates, in the professional group enrollment plan is not full of professional adjustment; If you don't obey the professional voluntary adjustment, you will be dismissed.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission principle of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1", and implements the policy of extra points for the identification of professional distribution.

Article 20 The school recognizes the national care policy approved by the Ministry of Education and the education departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and recognizes the care policy of provincial colleges and universities formulated by the Admissions Committee of Heilongjiang Province, but the score of care policy shall not exceed 20 points; Except for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the professional distribution is based on the actual college entrance examination scores of candidates (excluding policy points).

Article 21 The school shall determine the principle of giving priority to scores in the professional distribution of candidates entering the college. Candidates with the same total scores in the college entrance examination will be ranked in the order of mathematics, synthesis, Chinese and foreign languages, while literature and history majors will be ranked in the order of Chinese, synthesis, mathematics and foreign languages.

If the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, the candidates who enter the college entrance examination in each province are sorted according to the ranking of each province.

Article 22 Admission rules for majors of visual communication design, environmental design, radio and television editing and directing: The school enrolls candidates from high scores to low scores according to the results of cultural courses within the electronic files of provincial-level candidates; Those who have the same results in cultural courses will be admitted according to the results of professional courses; If the scores of professional courses are still the same, they will be selected according to the ranking rules of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics.

Admission rules for music performance majors: within the scope of candidates' electronic files put in by the provincial recruitment office, the school accepts students from high to low according to the scores of professional courses (instrumental music is admitted in the order of events); Those who have the same scores in professional courses will be admitted according to the results of cultural courses; Those with the same scores in the culture class will be selected according to the ranking rules of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics scores.

Article 23 Agronomy (Bo Ban), Horticulture (Bo Ban), Agricultural Resources and Environment (Bo Ban), Animal Science (Bo Ban), Animal Medicine (Bo Ban), Agricultural Mechanization and Automation (Bo Ban), Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management (Bo Ban), Biological Science (Bo Ban) and Food Science and Engineering (Bobo). English is used as the teaching medium for foreign language courses in biological sciences (including biological sciences, biotechnology and bioengineering), pharmaceutical engineering, data science and big data technology, and Chinese international education. Candidates in non-English languages apply cautiously.

Twenty-fourth animal medicine, finance (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools), business administration (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools), international economy and trade (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools) implement a five-year academic system, and other majors (classes) implement a four-year academic system.

Article 25 Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools in our school includes three majors: international economy and trade, finance and business administration, among which international economy and trade is a cooperative project between our school and Russian Pacific State University, and finance and business administration is a cooperative project with Russian Far East State University of Science, Technology and Fisheries. According to Russian visa requirements, only students who have obtained ordinary high school graduation certificates can apply for the exam, and graduates of secondary vocational education, adult high schools and equivalent academic qualifications cannot apply for the exam. Students admitted to the Sino-Russian cooperative education major must bring their high school diploma, HKCEE certificate and valid passport when reporting for duty, and they must study abroad in the second to fourth semester after entering school, and cannot change their major. Students who meet the requirements of our school's student status management will receive graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates issued by Northeast Agricultural University after completing their studies.

Article 26 The tuition fee of Sino-Russian cooperative education project is 15750 yuan/year during the study period in China, the tuition fee of Pacific National University is to be determined (2026 185930 rubles, 5438+0 years), and the annual tuition and accommodation fee of Far East National University of Science, Technology and Fisheries is 2700 dollars. (Russian schools may charge fees according to changes in prices and exchange rates. )

Article 27 Horticulture major in our school (Sino-Singapore experimental class) is a joint training project with Massey University in New Zealand. This program only recruits candidates who are willing to study abroad and can bear the expenses of going abroad and in the new period. According to the requirements of the new visa, students who have obtained ordinary high school graduation certificate and HKCEE can apply for the exam, and their English score in the college entrance examination is not lower than 105. Students admitted to horticulture major (Sino-Singapore experimental class) cannot change their major. Students who have completed all the courses stipulated in the four-year talent training plan for horticulture major (Sino-Singapore experimental class) and met the graduation requirements and degree-granting conditions of our university will receive the graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate from Northeast Agricultural University. In the fourth year of studying at Massey University, students can choose to study for a master's degree at Massey University, or take postgraduate courses in advance, and continue to study for postgraduate students at Massey University in the fifth year. If they meet the conditions for granting a master's degree at Massey University, they can obtain a master's degree certificate from Massey University.

Article 28 The tuition fee for horticulture (Sino-Singapore experimental class) is 3,000 yuan/year during the study in China, and the tuition fee and accommodation fee of Massey University in the fourth year of study abroad are about 36,000 New Zealand dollars. If you choose to study for a master's degree at Massey University, the tuition and accommodation expenses of Massey University in the fifth year of study abroad will be about 60,000 New Zealand dollars.

Chapter VI Announcement of Admission Results

Thirty-second candidates who apply for our school and meet the admission requirements will be given an admission notice by our school after being examined and approved by the provincial admissions department. The notice will be sent by China Post Express (EMS).

Chapter VII Tuition Fees and Scholarships

Article 33 The tuition standard of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the development and reform of Heilongjiang Province and the financial department. If there is any change in 2022, the latest approval standards for development and reform finance shall prevail.

Thirty-fourth schools set up national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, various internal scholarships and social scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance; Students from poor families can successfully complete their studies by applying for state grants, work-study jobs, and special difficulties subsidies. The school also assists students from poor families to apply for interest-free credit loans or national student loans on campus after entering school.

Chapter VIII Access Review

Thirty-fifth freshmen, the school unified enrollment review work. Those who do not conform to the review will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the state and the school.

Thirty-sixth freshmen majoring in art will be re-examined by the school for admission. For freshmen who fail to pass the professional re-examination and have significant differences in their scores before and after admission, once they are found to have irregularities such as taking the test, enrolling students illegally, and entering the school as an impostor, they will all be disqualified from admission, refuse electronic registration of their school status, and report to the relevant departments for accountability.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-seventh college entrance examination consultants' opinions are for reference only, not as admission basis and commitment. The school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to engage in enrollment activities, and candidates and parents should beware of being deceived.

Thirty-eighth freshmen in accordance with the provisions of the state, with the admission notice, according to the requirements stipulated in the admission notice and the date of registration to the school for admission procedures. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Thirty-ninth students who complete their studies and meet the graduation requirements in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of Northeast Agricultural University shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate, and those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

Article 40 The Articles of Association shall be reported to the competent department of the school for the record and implemented after promulgation. If the requirements and regulations of the school's previous enrollment work are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the previous relevant provisions shall be abolished immediately.

Article 41 The Articles of Association shall be revised by the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy in that year. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and superior policies, the latter shall prevail.

Article 42 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Northeast Agricultural University.
