Second, the application conditions:
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health meets the requirements of the state and our school.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before September/KLOC-0 of the year of admission, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Obtained two years of higher vocational education recognized by the state (from graduation to the date of admission in the same year, the same below) or above, and graduated with a bachelor's degree recognized by the state, which meets the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of the unit (see table 1, table 2), and applied for an undergraduate degree with equivalent academic qualifications.
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
(5) All majors in our school are subject to cross-disciplinary examination except law.
Graduate students in school must obtain the consent of the training unit before registration, and issue a written certificate to the research and recruitment office of our school before June 30, 2020.
(2) Enrolling in the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
1. A person who signs up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in (1).
(2) The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
2. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in (1).
(2) I majored in law before (only law graduates [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, and self-taught law graduates can apply).
3. Those who sign up for the MBA entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (1).
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, meet the relevant academic requirements of the enrollment unit, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
