The discipline team of the college has successively cooperated and exchanged with Utah State University, South Dakota State University, Massey University in New Zealand, Ibaraki University in Japan, Munich University in Germany, Novi Sad University in Serbia, Belgrade University, Poznan University of Life Sciences in Poland, Grassland Research Institute of Serbian Institute of Land Crops and Vegetables and universities in other European countries, and completed 2 international cooperation projects. And 26 units from France, Serbia, Germany, Belgium, Britain, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain and other 13 EU countries undertake 1 EU Horizon 2020 project, and 1 key projects of scientific and technological cooperation among EU governments are in China. Carry out substantive scientific research, and often invite foreign experts to our college to teach undergraduates and graduate students, and carry out relevant cooperative research and academic exchanges.

The complete discipline system and academic team have delivered 197 doctoral students and 803 undergraduate students to the society. The college has a good quality of personnel training and a good social reputation. The overall employment rate of undergraduates in grassland science is stable at over 95%, and the enrollment rate of undergraduates is stable at 60-70%. Employment rate of graduates 100%. Graduates not only study and work in Peking University, Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Lanzhou University, China Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, but also go to Cornell University, University of Oklahoma, technical university of munich, University of G? ttingen, University of Hornheim, University of Abel in Britain, University of Vakhnin in the Netherlands, university of groningen and Massey University in New Zealand for further study. Some of them have returned to China to work in key domestic scientific research institutions.
