Chapter II Work Requirements

Article 3 The etiquette team shall undertake the etiquette reception work assigned by the graduate office. Represent the image of graduate students and participate in the public relations and reception of large-scale graduate activities.

Article 4 The Culture and Entertainment Department of the Graduate Student Association will regularly guide the etiquette team to carry out training, such as body training, makeup training, etiquette work skills training, school history and culture learning, sports and dance training, etc. The training will be taught by professional lecturers.

Article 5 The members of the etiquette team should have a good mental outlook, good quality and culture, be civilized in gfd, sit correctly and walk correctly, and always remember that they represent the image of students.

Article 6 the etiquette team members should have a strong sense of responsibility, proactive work enthusiasm and correct work attitude (when going to work, don't be late or leave early. Work must be serious and responsible, and slapstick and frolicking are not allowed. Don't bring personal emotions to work, which will affect the progress of work. Where there are activities, the assigned workers shall not shirk their work for any reason (except for class and sick leave). If there are temporary special circumstances, they must find someone to take their place.

Article 7 members of the etiquette team should finish dressing and makeup 30 minutes before the start of the activity, and take their positions.

Article 8 Make-up is required for every ceremonial activity. Make-up requirements are moderate and not too strong. Dress as required. Generally, you must wear high heels. Jewelry and other accessories should meet the requirements and show personal elegance on the basis of uniformity.

Article 9 The etiquette team represents the image of students. Individuals who accept work outside the school shall participate in their own names, and shall not participate in the name of the etiquette team of Guangzhou Medical Graduate Association. Players participating in extracurricular activities must work under various rules and regulations permitted by the state and be responsible for their own safety.

Chapter III Information and Articles Management System

Article 11 The materials for the etiquette team include: eight sets of etiquette clothes, ten trays, ten pieces of lining cloth for trays, and public cosmetics. This material belongs to the unified management of the Ministry of Recreation and Culture and is placed in the office of the Graduate Student Association. Pay attention to the moistureproof and moth-proof items, especially clothes. If materials are added in the future, the management system will remain the same as before.

Twelfth other departments to borrow items from the etiquette team, must produce IOUs; The receipt must have the lent items, the date of return and the official seal of the competent department.

Thirteenth etiquette team members to participate in activities to use clothing must be approved by the captain of the etiquette team before use. After the activity, it must be returned within three days after cleaning. If the goods are damaged or lost, the responsibility of the relevant personnel shall be investigated according to the nature of the circumstances, and corresponding compensation shall be given.

The etiquette team is responsible for college reception, conference reception, opening ceremony, award ceremony, signing ceremony, ribbon cutting, banquet and other etiquette work.
