Education system

Australia's education system is generally inherited from the British system, which is divided into six years in primary school, six years in middle school (including four years in junior high school and two years in senior high school), two to three years in junior college and three to six years in university (for example, three years in literature, business and science, four years in engineering, four to five years in law and six years in medicine). Australia attaches great importance to education, which is compulsory for children aged 6 to 15. There are 37 public universities and 2 private universities in Australia. Australian institutions of higher learning can be divided into two types. International students must pay their insurance premium before getting a visa.
