Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, hereinafter referred to as Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People's Republic of China (PRC), which is characterized by information technology, with engineering as the main body and coordinated development of management, literature and science. It is the national "2 1 1 project" and "985 project"1/plan ".

Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications, referred to as "Xiyou" for short, is located in the ancient capital Xi and was founded in 1950. It is one of several universities of posts and telecommunications jointly established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shaanxi Provincial Government.
1March, 959, undergraduate education was started with the approval of the State Council, and Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications became a key university directly under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Information Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). In 2000, it was placed under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province, and a central and local management system was established, with Shaanxi Province as the main management.
Therefore, it is a teaching and research-oriented university with engineering as the mainstay, information science and technology as the distinctive feature, and the coordinated development of engineering, science, management, economics, literature, law and art. The school is the selection and training base for reserve officers of the China People's Liberation Army, the postdoctoral innovation base in Shaanxi Province, and the first batch of universities in China to pilot the preparatory classes for the children of border guards.

Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, is a multi-disciplinary national key university. Originally directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is now jointly established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Jiangsu Provincial Government, with information technology and engineering as the main body and coordinated development of production, management, literature and science.
The first batch was selected into the national "20 1 1 Plan (14 Collaborative Innovation Center)" and also entered the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education.
Brief introduction of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications:
Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, referred to as cyit, is located in Nanshan Scenic Area, a national 5A scenic spot in the main city of Chongqing, a municipality directly under the Central Government of China. It is a provincial key university jointly established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Chongqing.
It is one of the four key universities of posts and telecommunications under national construction. It is a teaching and research university with the characteristics and advantages of information science and technology, focusing on engineering, and the coordinated development of engineering, science, management and literature.
The school has successively been selected into the national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Midwest Universities" (Junior 2 1 1), the national "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan", the national "201Plan" core cooperative universities, the China government scholarship universities, the national high-tech industrialization demonstration project base and the national college students' cultural quality education base.
