The staff of human sperm bank should explain the purpose, preservation method and possible social and ethical problems of sperm donors. The human sperm bank should sign an informed consent form with the sperm donor. Sperm donors can only provide sperm in one human sperm bank.

The relevant requirements of sperm bank stipulate that:

1, after collecting sperm from sperm bank, it should be tested and screened. Sperm frozen for 6 months can be provided to medical institutions approved by the health administrative department to carry out human assisted reproductive technology, and the test results can be submitted to medical institutions. Without inspection or unqualified inspection, it shall not be provided to medical institutions.

2, it is strictly prohibited to provide fresh sperm to medical institutions. Sperm banks are prohibited from providing sperm to medical institutions that have not approved the development of human assisted reproductive technology.

3. The sperm of a sperm donor can only be provided to five women for conception at most. The human sperm bank should establish a sperm donor file, and manage the detailed information of sperm donors and the use of sperm by computer and keep it permanently.
