First of all, our ultimate goal is to continue to concentrate in the university classroom. At the same time, we should achieve higher efficiency. But in fact, to be honest, most of us can't guarantee to concentrate on listening to a person for two hours, and we can concentrate for 15 minutes at most. Therefore, we must make good use of such a feature and make good psychological expectations. First of all, you can't be efficient in two hours of class. You will be very focused, and there will be times when you are very tired and want to play with your mobile phone and do nothing. What can we do in this situation?
This is also my second point. Everyone must keep enough sleep, good eating habits and proper exercise habits before class. These three are common sayings, but they are actually very useful. Eat well, sleep well, drink well and exercise, and you will find that your energy every day will be much better than lying in bed and playing with your mobile phone every day.
The third and most crucial point is that everyone must have a purpose in class. Let's recall that when we were in CET-4 and CET-6, what were our listening principles? Listening with questions, listening in class is equivalent to everyone listening as a teacher. So, if you listen to mechanical harvesting without a doubt, the sound will go in one ear and out the other, and you will have nothing. You'd better not take this course. And if you can listen to the teacher purposefully, your information absorption efficiency will be much higher than before. The teacher's content can be roughly divided into several pieces. First, the teacher is watching PPT or words. How to do this depends on everyone. In the second case, the teacher is talking about concepts, or principles, and cases in the lecture book. In this case, you must listen carefully and use the teacher's constant narration to strengthen your understanding of conceptual theories and cases in textbooks. The third is that the teacher is telling some interesting stories based on his students or previous works. Everyone must listen to this kind of thing, because these stories look boring. In fact, they contain many teachers' personal life experiences and social experiences. This is a predecessor who is much better than you. Why not learn from him with an open mind? What is the fourth kind of exam? Everyone knows this. To sum up, in addition to the first content, you can save your own experience accordingly. You must take notes and listen carefully to other contents. If you don't have time to take notes, you can quickly write down what the teacher said in a familiar way.
Fourth, most importantly, you should spend some time cleaning after class. If you don't arrange this action, you will probably listen to this class for nothing. And if you can do all the first to fourth points I said well, I think you will probably not attend this class for nothing.
