1, lower expectations
In fact, when we feel confused, a large part of the reason may be that we ask too much of ourselves and want to do too many things. If you are confused by this situation, try to tie yourself loose and lower your standards. It is true that people should pursue something, but everything should be moderate and don't put too much pressure on themselves. It is good to have a goal, but you should eat bit by bit and walk step by step. I always think that many things are resigned, as long as I don't regret it. If I lower my expectation of the result properly, I may get many unexpected surprises.
2. Have the courage to try
While I am still in college, I will bravely do everything I want to do! Don't hesitate any longer. Only when you really do it will you know that everything is not as difficult as you think. If you don't like the university you entered, you should study hard and go to another school. If you don't like your major now, you should study hard and switch to your favorite major ... Many things, as long as you try bravely, may actually succeed. The cost of trial and error is not high, but the cost of missing is high!
3, determine the goal
When you feel confused, take some time to think about what you want and set a short-term goal and a long-term goal. The goal is from big to small. Think about the long-term goals first, and then divide them into the current goals bit by bit. If there is no big goal, then set some semester goals first, such as passing Grade 4 and Grade 2 this semester and other similar small goals. Then make a daily plan according to the goal, avoid the embarrassing situation of doing nothing and not knowing what to do, keep yourself busy, and slowly you will not be so confused. Only in this way can life have direction and motivation. When you muddle along again, thinking about this goal may give you a small reminder that you should not do this anymore.
