The college covers an area of more than 500 mu, and has a team of full-time and part-time teachers with senior professional titles as the main body and "double-qualified" teachers as the characteristics. There are about 1500 students in the college. In 2009, the college set up seven undergraduate majors of applied technology, including computer science and technology, e-commerce, business administration, accounting, journalism, tourism management and art design, and enrolled students for the society.

The college has advanced school equipment and complete living facilities, and is connected with the school headquarters 100M campus network through optical fiber. The College has established a solid practice base with Chongqing Wildlife World, Chongqing Bada Electronics Company, Shanghai Jinkun Information Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, which has laid a solid foundation for students' training and employment.
