In holiday practice, because many college students lack social experience, they don't want to and dare not participate in summer social practice alone. Therefore, some students began to look for job opportunities for themselves and more students to exercise themselves and accumulate experience, so that many students can carry out practical activities together, and some students also set up their own organizational teams among their classmates, thus reducing work risks and increasing everyone's interest in work. And in the process of work, we have cultivated our team consciousness and made everyone realize the importance of teamwork. In the job search, they were cheated out of some money by some illegal intermediaries, and with the efforts of * * * *, they got reasonable treatment methods and optimistic results. Throughout the development of any organization and department, it is inseparable from each team. The success or failure of the team directly affects the fate of each member, so most enterprise teams pay special attention to it now. Third, the self-practice part.
Some students go back to their hometown to look for practical opportunities during the holidays, and the forms of practice are very rich. Some students independently designed questionnaires, some investigated the development potential of breakfast market in a certain area, some investigated the problems existing in rural areas, some investigated the internal management and economic structure of enterprises, some investigated the color TV industry in Zhengzhou, and so on. The novelty of these contents, the innovation of behavior and the breadth of ideas are an innovation in this summer's practice, and there are many freshmen. From the overall comparison of the practice of the first grade, sophomores pay more attention to simple part-time jobs; Junior students are more mature and tend to plan the ideas and concrete implementation of organizational plans; Senior students focus on finding many phenomena or working methods and processes in enterprises in practical work. It is normal for the three grades to practice differently, which helps to improve students' ability to varying degrees. On this basis, some students with good family economic conditions and excellent grades are committed to pursuing higher education.
The other two characteristics of middle school students' educational values are pragmatism and utilitarianism. Middle school students are increasingly pursuing the economic value of future educational output. Many people measure the value of their courses from the perspective of economics, and then decide their efforts in different courses. They demand that the course teaching should be more connected with life and production practice, and more practical technologies should be infiltrated.
We know that the cognitive ability, analytical ability and judgment ability of middle school students are immature and unstable due to the limitation of age and knowledge. In fact, a considerable number of middle school students' educational values are confused. The reasons are as follows: firstly, more and more college students find it difficult to find jobs, which makes them lose confidence in entering universities; Second, the highly academic middle school cultural curriculum is difficult to meet the students' demand for vocational skills, and it is difficult for them to have intrinsic stimulation and interest-driven learning.
