International College, International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office are one of the directly affiliated colleges (offices) of Guilin University of Electronic Technology. The three departments are co-located, which are the business departments in charge of international cooperation and exchange projects and international student affairs.

Relying on the school's superior disciplines, first-class teachers and teaching resources, the college actively carries out international cooperation in running schools, scientific research and international cultural and educational exchanges, and strives to become an important platform and window for exchanges and cooperation between our school and overseas universities.

International College now offers three major categories of electronic information, machinery and business administration, including six majors: communication engineering, electronic information engineering, machinery design and manufacturing and its automation, marketing, financial engineering and human resource management.

In the form of mutual recognition of credits and mutual award of degrees, we will cooperate with Irish universities such as Cork University, Carlo Institute of Technology, Coventry University, De Montfort University and Stratford Xiamen University to carry out the undergraduate program of inter-school exchange between China and foreign countries (2+2).

More than 600 students have received training abroad since the first batch of Chinese-foreign exchange undergraduates were enrolled in 2006. Among them, 1000% of the students who went abroad to study in 2006 and 2007 successfully obtained foreign university diplomas, and 90% of the students continued to study for master's degrees abroad, among which 3 students studied in Cambridge University and Imperial College London respectively.
