Jianghuai College of Anhui University, located in Hefei, is a full-time undergraduate college of general higher education sponsored by Anhui University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. College is a pilot unit for the construction of grass-roots organizations in the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

The school signed a transfer cooperation agreement with Hefei Municipal People's Government, and plans to change its name to Hefei Institute of Technology, which is a public undergraduate institution of higher learning organized by Hefei Municipal People's Government.
