Among them, the deed tax center of the Municipal Bureau is responsible for the declaration, acceptance and distribution of housing subsidy funds in the collection and management area, with the specific scope as follows: Haishu District and jiangdong district City; Jiangbei District Urban Planning Area (excluding Yongjiang, Qiao Zhuang, Cicheng and Tang Hong); West section of Yangmu Road, High-tech Zone; Shuxiang Garden and Hong Fei New Village in Yinzhou District are directly certified by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. Subsidy funds shall be borne by local governments in accordance with the current financial system and territorial principle. Considering that Haishu, Jiangdong and Jiangbei districts are under great financial pressure due to the housing subsidy policy, the municipal finance will subsidize the housing subsidies in the three districts responsible for the deed tax center of the Municipal Bureau according to 20% of the actual subsidies.
