The 7-day course is really hard to forget. The model of innovative business schools is simple. As the founder, Li Shanyou first made a big curriculum design, which was divided into four sections: innovation, strategy, competition and organization. Each board contains three models. Innovation includes first curve, second curve and fractal innovation; Strategies include combination innovation, single factor and strategic leverage; Competition includes dislocation competition, single factor and strategic leverage; Organization includes organizational mind, value network and innovation.
When Li Shanyou designed these models, Mr. Shen Jie was responsible for putting them into the teaching materials, so he had playing cards. According to these models, playing cards design corresponding graphics, put forward related concepts, and put forward corresponding questions on the back for teaching. Therefore, Mr Shen Jie is not the designer of the model, but the executor of the model. From this point of view, Mr. Shen Jie's advantage lies in understanding the model and providing it. The main reason why Mr. Zhu Ning is in charge of the class is that he is more authoritative and active in class, which can attract everyone to come to class and study hard. Finally, you will lead the team to teach us how to apply the model.
I was a little uncomfortable when I first came to class, especially when I questioned the course. On the day of graduation dinner, I made some self-summaries, including questioning vulgarity mentioned by Mr. Big Fish and the insecurity I reflected on later. Up to now, I think it may be wrong, because I am still questioning it. I think questioning is a good thing, otherwise people will easily fall into blind worship and ignore the independence of their own thoughts. However, from the discussion with Mr. Shen Jie, I have come to another conclusion. What I lack is the ability to build my own system, and I lack self-confidence. If I am strong enough and have my own thinking and learning framework, then I will not be afraid of whether the information given to me by the outside world is true or not. It's like my bookshelf is finished. I just need to collect books and forget to put knowledge in them. This bookshelf is what I need now.
In my previous bookshelf construction, I only carried out investment, management, self-awareness and China economy. I have never been exposed to so-called innovation, so-called business studies, including the strategy, organization and competition that I later reflected on. In fact, the course of Chaos University has a high starting point and a large pattern, starting with innovation, strategy, competition and organization respectively. However, the content is rarely landed, but the small points under the big plate are grasped to expand. But then again, a seven-day course (actually five days) is unlikely to be comprehensive. Therefore, what I will do next is to fill in with more information under the business school system, rather than the little knowledge presented by the five-day course.
In the process of expanding new knowledge, I can refer to the way of Li Shanyou and Shen Jie, sum up each new knowledge point into a model, which is best represented by a graph, and then practice this model constantly, so as to reach the output state of system one.
So, I spent 30 thousand yuan to study in Chaos Business School. In addition to learning the model itself, I also need to learn the methodology behind the model construction. Never learn the model, just don't think about it in the future.
