Because there are some differences in the academic system of higher education in different countries, there are also differences in the learning time required to obtain different levels of academic degree certificates. Therefore, there is no uniform standard for the certification and evaluation criteria of the applicant's study abroad period. In the certification evaluation, it is mainly based on the academic system stipulated by the legislation of the country (region) where the academic degree certificate is issued. For research-oriented degrees, if there are relevant certificates from the issuing authority due to research needs, the research period outside the country (territory) shall not be less than 60% of the prescribed period of the whole academic system.
